2 Arrested For Attempted Murder After Allegedly Stabbing Each Other At Cannery Row
BREAKING: One victim was found near the scene, and the other was taken to a hospital by a friend, police said.

MONTEREY COUNTY, CA โ Two people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after they both stabbed each other during a fight at a Monterey restaurant and bar earlier this morning.
At around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a stabbing at Blue Fin Cafรฉ and Billiards, police said.
Upon arrival, officers located one person with a stab wound near Cannery Row and Prescott Avenue. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, according to police.

Officers then learned a second stabbing victim had been taken to a hospital by a friend.
With help from the Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team, police determined the two victims most likely stabbed each other. They also believe the two are affiliated with gangs and are not from Monterey, police said.

Police have not released the names of the two individuals arrested.
