Learn to Discover, an educational nonprofit, is offering technology-based career exploration summer classes at the Oldemeyer Community Center in Seaside, starting June 25, 2012 through July. The classes include (1) Android App Design (2) Robotic Musical Instruments (3) LEGO NXT robotics (4) Aviation for Kids (5) Marine robotics (6) Video Game Programming (7) Sport Stacking and (8) LEGO Movie. Students will learn basic skills relating to these topics, related careers, as well as life skills. The classes are offered to students ages 5-14. A limited number of scholarships are available.
