Occupy Gilroy is set to hit town Friday afternoon from 4 to 7 p.m. at in Gilroy.
Gilroy's protest won't be a physical occupation of the park, instead the park will simply serve as a platform to discuss any concerns that directly impact the future of the Gilroy community.
Gilroy's movement will focus on four main points:

- There should be a constitutional amendment that disallows a corporation to be defined as a person.
- There should be taxation reform so that all income brackets are taxed fairly.
- There should be affordable college education so that we ensure the future of our children.
- Banks should be more regulated with laws such as The Glass-Steagall Act.
