When Richard Willey,  Jr. Minister in the British Government, plans to spend the evening with Jane, a secretary to a leader of the opposition, things go disastrously wrong - beginning with a "body" trapped in the hotel room's only unreliable window.  A conniving waiter followed by a host of quirky characters creates romance and hilarity in ways Richard and Jane could never have anticipated.
