GILROY, CA – A Gilroy chef was honored by a leadership group for community service last month, The Gilroy Dispatch reports.
Leadership Gilroy presented Carlos Pineda a L.I.F.T. (Lead, Inspire, Focus, and Team) award Sept. 30, the report said.
Pineda is credited with developing the Culinary Academy at Rebekah Children’s Services, where he currently serves as Director of Hospitality and Culinary services and Executive Chef according to the report.
