Performance Food Group, Inc. has submitted documentation for the California Accidental Release Prevention Program related to the installation and operation of the commercial ammonia refrigeration system located at 5840 Monterey Road, Gilroy, CA, 95020.

Pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code Section 25534.05 (a)(4) and the California Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) regulations, companies with certain regulated chemicals above a reporting threshold are required to submit a Risk Management Plan (RMP) to the CalARP administering agency, which in this case is the City of Gilroy Fire Department, for review.
