Gilroy Cops Seeking Alleged Booze Thieves

GILROY, CA – The Gilroy Police Department today released photos of suspects who allegedly stole five bottles of alcohol from a local CVS.

The theft occurred Sept. 23 at about 10:30 a.m., police said.

Two males -- one in a red shirt and one in a black shirt -- entered the store, and one suspect purportedly used a stolen magnet key from the store to remove the security devices from the bottles, the department said.

"Both of the suspects hid the bottles in their pants and were last seen waddling toward McDonald's. If you recognize them let us know," Gilroy police added.
