Gilroy Fireworks Show On July 4

We are excited to announce that the annual Gilroy Fireworks Show will continue as planned on July 4, 2020. Residents are encouraged to view the fireworks from the safety and comfort of their own home, practice social distancing, and wear face coverings where applicable. As in past years, the fireworks display will originate from Gilroy High School and will begin around dusk which is around 9:30 PM. To help facilitate the safety of our community during this unprecedented time, parking and gathering at Gilroy High School and the overflow parking lot will be blocked off and will NOT be allowed.

Additionally, the annual sale of safe & sane fireworks through fireworks booths will be permitted and are anticipated to begin on July 1, 2020. All booths will be required to follow the orders from the Santa Clara County Public Health Department.

Please be safe and take precautions to protect the health and safety of our community while we celebrate and commemorate this Fourth of July.
