Gilroy Man Dies In San Benito County Crash: Report
The crash occurred at around 9:30 a.m.
SAN BENITO COUNTY, CA — A Gilroy man was killed in a crash Saturday morning near Hollister on Highway 25, The San Jose Mercury News reports.
The 21-year-old man lost control of his 2011 Toyota Tacoma and crashed into a tree after veering into some dirt on the right shoulder and then swerving across both lanes of traffic according to the CHP, the report said.
The crash occurred at around 9:30 a.m.

The passenger in the vehicle, a 20-year-old Morgan Hill man, was hospitalized with “major” injuries according the the CHP, the report said.
