GILROY, CA — The City of Gilroy has partnered with the St. Joseph’s Family Center to provide a rental assistance program.
The Community Development Block Grant CARES Act funding will help very-low income tenants pay a portion of their rents to avoid eviction.
This program was developed in response to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s Statewide Covid-19 Tenant and Landlord Protection Legislation in an effort to protect the most vulnerable tenants.

Visit www.stjosephsgilroy.org to review the eligibility requirements and download the Homeless Prevention COVID-19 Rental Assistance Application and forms. The completed application, and all required documentation, can be sent through a link on the website. You can also pick up and drop off completed applications at:

Applications are due by 11:00am, Wednesday, September 30th, 2020. Applications should not be submitted until they are complete and in one combined document/packet.
