Gilroy Resumes Utility Billing Service This Week

The City of Gilroy has recently resumed utility billing services. The first statement will be sent out the first week of June for services provided March 1-April 30. The regular monthly statement for services provided May 1-31 will be mailed out the second week of June. Both statements have a due date of June 30, 2020; however, customers may request a payment plan by contacting the Utility Billing team at ub@cityofgilroy.org with the email subject line, “Payment Plan Request”, or by phone at (408) 846-0420. Upon receipt of your request, a team member with contact you to make arrangements for a payment plan.

Please note, customers that are enrolled in the monthly automatic bill payment service for utility billing are encouraged to review their accounts and bill amounts. The automatic bill payment system will attempt to charge the full balance of the utility account on June 15, 2020. Customers requesting a payment plan may wish to consider cancelling automatic bill payment enrollment during the term of a payment plan. Enrollment in automatic bill payment service can be resumed at any time.
