The City of Gilroy will host a Virtual Community Outreach Meeting to discuss the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and associated Charter Book. Topics to be covered include the purpose of a 5-year CIP, the CIP policy document, CIP project selection process, methods and criteria of prioritization of projects, overview of projects within the CIP, followed by a Q&A.

The City of Gilroy’s Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”) is an ongoing budget process for identifying, prioritizing, and developing a multi-year work plan for major capital expenditures and their associated funding sources, in an effort to improve and maintain the City of Gilroy’s roadways, parks, facilities, and other infrastructure.
