GILROY, CA – A suspect wanted for a homicide in the Central Valley city of Los Banos on Tuesday was arrested in Gilroy Saturday morning, police said. Tony Lujan III was arrested after Gilroy police learned from their counterparts in Los Banos that a suspect in a homicide there was in at home in the 700 block of Dartmouth Place in Gilroy.Officers surrounded the home and, at about 10:30 a.m., Lujan ran out and tried to escape by climbing over an adjacent fence.
