March 4, 2020:

The County of Santa Clara Public Health Department confirms three new cases of COVID-19 in Santa Clara County. This brings the total number of cases to 14.

• The 12th confirmed case is an adult male, currently hospitalized. Exposure details are under investigation.
• The 13th and 14th confirmed cases, both adult males, are close contacts of an existing case. They are in isolation at home.

Due to medical privacy requirements and to protect their identity, further information about these cases will not be released.

Information on new confirmed cases will be posted on the Public Health website.
