GILROY, CA – A young man reportedly jumped the counter at a Gilroy pharmacy on Tuesday evening and stole four bottles of of codeine syrup, according to police.  The Gilroy Police Department released a surveillance photo of the suspect, estimated to be between 17 and 20 years old, from the 7 p.m. incident at the local Nob Hill Foods pharmacy.
