​New Ownership Group Moves To Reopen Gilroy Dealership: Report

GILROY, CA — A new ownership group has moved to reopen a shuttered Gilroy auto dealership,

The Gilroy Dispatch reports.

Livermore-based Gilroy Motors Inc. plans to operate at the site of South County Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, which closed in earlier this year amid fraud allegations, the report said.

The new ownership group plans to operate as Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the report said.

Gilroy Motors Inc. filed incorporation documents with the state last month, the report said.

South County Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM had its inventory removed when it closed in March.

South County Properties Gilroy LLC purchased the 455 Automall Drive property from Global Health Care Management LLC in 2018, the report said.

South County Properties Gilroy received a notice of default on a $1.2 million loan it received from Global Health Care Management in June according to the report.
