The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:00 PM to recommend the Flood Control Benefit Assessment Rates for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. The meeting will take place in Valley Water’s Headquarters Board Room, 5700 Almaden Expressway, San Jose, California.

Due to the current COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and shelter in place order by the State of California and County of Santa Clara, the report may be viewed on the Valley Water web page at the following link: https://valleywater.org/sites/default/files/Benefit%20Assessment%20Report%202020_0.pdf .
At the hearing, the Board of Directors will hear any and all protests. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board may adopt, revise, change, reduce, or modify any assessment and will make its determination upon each assessment referred to in the report and thereafter, by resolution, will confirm the assessments.
