Very, very much disattisfied. Like the other post, the showroom is nice and does have a pretty good selection to look at. But, if you are looking for an honest place to purchase from, please go elsewhere.

I decided to give the Tile Marble Center my business after I believed I had gotten a fair price and deal. Also a deciding factor was that it was near the house and I wouldn't have to go too far if I had a problem that needed attention. Another mistake on my part.

I had discussed with Matt what I wanted done, two bathrooms and counter tops for the kitchen. Bathrooms were to be tiled with wainscot. Matt came to the house and we went over what I wanted. He took measurements and again we went over what was to be included. I signed the contract for the work to be done at the business location after again going over the price and what was to be included. Make sure every little detail is written down with this business if you choose to do business with them.

The kitchen was completed after the problems that needed to be fixed were completed. The work was very good. The first bathroom was started and was going rather smoothly. I had paid for most of the work before I needed to, but I put a stop payment on the last check for 1500 for my benefit and protection. I did not mean any disrespect or ill will towards Matt or the company, I only did this after the fact and only for my protection. Well Matt became inscensed and among other things said I insulted him, which was not my intention at all. Needless to say things went way south from there. The bathroom is not completed and Matt said that nothing more would be done until the check cleared. For all your benifits, this is illegal. Unless you make some kind of payment arrangments you only need to pay 10% or up to a thousand dollars of the price for the job. It is the responsibility of the business to complete the job and then get paid. Check the California Contractors Board. Needless to say the bathroom is still incomplete and has been for about two weeks. The glass door that was included in the price has not been installed and Matt is refusing to do so, saying now that it was not part of the price. There are many more aspects to this and I won't bore you with them. I will let the Better Business Bureau, State Contractors Board and litigation resolve the matter.

Please read ther other comment. I did not do enough research on this business and I am now in this mess because I didn't. Please take your business elsewhere because I truely do not want anyone to run into the crap I have. Heck, the other bathroom should have been completed by now.

Footnote.....The work is sub-contracted out by this busines. The work done by the sub-contractor and his people was very good and should not reflect badly on them. I would use them again, only not through Matt.
