City of Glendora February Trips
Upcoming Trips offered by the City of Glendora to the Getty Museum, Passages and Palm Springs Camelot Theater.
THE GETTY CENTER MUSEUM
This Active day trip is on Tuesday, February 9, 9:30am – 5:00pm. The fee is $20.
A visit to this outstanding and beautiful museum which is featuring an exhibit of 15th & 16th century handwoven tapestries from the “Sun King’s” court in France. See all the other exhibits and enjoy lunch at the café or bring your own.
“PASSAGES” – A TRAVELING BIBLE HISTORY EXHIBIT
This Moderate day trip is on Thursday, February 18, 9:00am – 5:00pm. The fee is $35.
A self-guided tour of over 400 items of biblical antiquities. Including interactive displays of the Caves of Quanram and the Jerusalem Chamber at Westminster Abbey, Working replica
of Gutenberg Press. Lunch on your own nearby in Santa Clarita.
OH CANADA – A MUSICAL TRIBUTE TO CANADIAN SINGERS
This Easy day trip is on Wednesday, February 24, 9:30am – 6:00pm. The fee is $45.
Our yearly visit to Palm Springs Camelot Theater to hear a musical tribute to great stars – this year featuring Celine Dion, Michael Buble, Paul Anka & Shania Twain. Lunch on your own in downtown Palm Springs before the show. This is always a popular trip.
