ALL Parents, Staff, and Friends - Have some Adult Fun!
Challenge another school site, department, or friends…
· COST is $25.00 (includes bowling shoes and 3 games)
· A TEAM must have 5 persons = 1 lane
· Prize given to the team with the best name
· Medals given to the 1st, 2nd, and last place teams
· Door prizes
· Support COEF by purchasing an Opportunity heads/tail game ticket for a prize at the door for $10.00
· Be creative - Come in matching shirts, hats, etc...
*Registration must be received by Friday, 11-6-15
*Mail in registration must be postmarked by Monday, 11-2-15
