COUSD Staff Recognized for Commitment to Athletics

Recently, Charter Oak High School Athletic Director Dominic Farrar attended his annual Foothill-Citrus Athletic Director’s Association Recognition Luncheon hosted by the 42 high schools in the Foothill-Citrus area. Each year member schools come together to honor and celebrate individuals that continue to serve and advocate for their high school’s athletic programs. This year Deanna Boggs, Athletics and ASB Secretary, Shawn Yocum, Director of Maintenance and Operations, and Karen Hargrove Office Assistant in Maintenance and Operations were recognized for always going above and beyond for Charter Oak Athletics. This was a perfect opportunity to formally and publicly show Charter Oak’s Athletic Department’s appreciation and respect for their continuous unconditional support for their high school student athletes, coaches, and families in our community. Their integrity, professional and personable relationship with Charter Oak Athletics is awesome and this was just a small way to thank them for always being there for Charter Oak Athletics.
