Cuisines of the Foothills Set For May 13
5th annual event aims to tantalize your taste buds with an array of foods.
The Glendora Chamber of Commerce will be hosting about 20 different restaurants and offer raffle prizes at the Cuisines of the Foothills event coming in May.
The event, held at the Glendora Country Club, offers food and drinks from numerous restaurants from Glendora and surrounding communities as a way to fund the Glendora Chamber of Commerce, which provides various programs and workshops to strengthen the shop local program, said Joe Cina, chamber director.
Some of the raffles prizes offered this year include an iPad Mini, dinner for four at a local fire station cooked by the fire fighters, a ride in a police helicopter and a 40-inch plasma TV, Cina said.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at the Chamber of Commerce, or online at the Cuisines of the Foothills website.
The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 2400 Country Club Drive in Glendora.
