Now that we are in our more than 5th year of water rate increases, there doesn't seem to be any water system repairs or upgrades going on. The City of Glendora cited the water systems were falling apart and reasons for water billing increases to get them brought up to date and prevent service outages. It's been a few years now and there hasn't been any visible upgrades or repairs that we have noticed.
Where's all the extra revenue going? Anyone notice the cost of water actually hasn't increased but the junk charges have?
