The annual Halloween Carnival takes place on October 31st, from 5pm-8pm at Finkbiner Park. The Community Services Department sponsors this event as a safe alternative to traditional door-to-door trick or treating. Children ages 12 and under, and their familes, are welcome to partake in silly carnival games, a dazzling costume contest, a fun photo booth, tasty food, and a special appearance by a witch!
