It's the 2011 Halloween Happening in the Village!
This year, treats will be available throughout the Village for preschool- and elementary-age children on Halloween from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ... that is, Glendora Avenue between Foothill Boulevard and Bennett Avenue.
Restrooms, a baby-changing area, and candy will be provided at First Christian Church, 300 N. Glendora Ave.
