Fall Class at the La Fetra Center

‘Choose to Live without Fear, Anxiety, and Social Phobias,’ meets from September 12 – October 3, 6:30pm-8:30pm. Join this four week class and learn how inner peace can free you from fear, anxiety, and social phobias. You have the choice to worry and fear what might be in your future or discover how to live a more peaceful and meaningful life.

Instructor, Barbara Stevens, is a retired Human Resource Manager who brings a level of expertise on human behavior and is passionate about the opportunity to support others on their journey of healthy behavior. Her objective is to help others grow and perform at their very best.

Pre-register at the La Fetra Center (333 East Foothill Boulevard, Glendora 91741) beginning August 15. $5.00 is payable to the instructor for printed materials.
