Flashback Classic Car Show Cruises Into Glendora This Weekend

GLENDORA, CA — Grease monkeys across the San Gabriel Valley will have a chance to check out a parade of vintage cars when the Flashback Car Show returns to Glendora this Saturday.

Classic hotrods, trucks and cars will line up along Glendora Avenue from 6 to 11 p.m. as part of the event, organizers said. The show is sponsored by the Glendora Kiwanis Club and the Glendora Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to the automobiles, the event will also have food, beer, a kid’s play area, and live music, according to organizers.

Tickets purchased before Saturday cost $10 for adults and $5 for children between 10 and 16. Day-of tickets will cost $15 for adults and $10 for children. Older adults ages 55 and up can buy tickets in advance for $5, $10 for the day of the show.

Proceeds from the car show will be split between the Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce.

"Kiwanis funds scholarships for youth, and the chamber funds youth scholarships, various business improvement programs and business scholarships,” organizers said in a statement.
