CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES RELATING TO THIS STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING

This strategic planning meeting will be held in-person at the Glendora Public Library Bidwell Forum. This workshop will comply with CDC guidelines and protocols.

How do I participate?

You may give public comment once at the commencement of this special meeting. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes, speaking once. To ensure that the public will be able to participate, the city is providing three methods in which the public can submit their comments:

OPTION 1: LIVE COMMENTS

Public is invited to participate in person at the Glendora Public Library Bidwell Forum. Members of the public wishing to participate in person will be required to:

  1. Conduct a symptom free check-in;
  2. Sign a waiver; and,
  3. Follow CDC guidelines and wear face covering and maintain proper social distancing.

OPTION 2: E-MAIL

Public comments can be submitted via email to publiccomment@cityofglendora.org with the subject “Public Comment”. The City Clerk will read emails received out loud (up to 3 minutes) into the public record if received in real time and prior to the commencement of this strategic planning meeting. Otherwise, it will be added into the record at the end of the meeting.

OPTION 3: MAIL

Public comments may be mailed to 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, ATTN: City Clerk’s Department-Public Comment. The City Clerk will read public comments received out loud (up to 3 minutes) into the public record if received before the start of the strategic planning meeting. Otherwise, public comments will be considered late correspondence and incorporated into the meeting minute record.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will conduct a special meeting at 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 30, 2020, in Glendora Public Library - Bidwell Forum, 140 S. Glendora Avenue.

The purpose of said meeting is as follows:

NEW BUSINESS

1. Strategic Planning Workshop facilitated by Adam Raymond, Glendora City Manager.

City RECOMMENDATION: Conduct Strategic Planning Workshop.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that public comment will be announced once at the commencement of this special meeting and can be given in-person, submit via email at publiccomment@cityofglendora.org with the subject “Public Comment” or via mail and mailed to 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, ATTN: City Clerk’s Department-Public Comment.

NO OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE DISCUSSED
