Glendora Man Pleads Not Guilty to Sexually Abusing Girl, Raping Woman

POMONA, CA - A Glendora man pleaded not guilty Friday to raping a woman and committing lewd acts on a young girl.
Fadi Haddad, 39, is charged with two counts of forcible rape and three counts of lewd act upon a child, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
Haddad allegedly sexually abused a young girl between 2009 and 2010 and again between 2013 and 2014, according to Deputy District Attorney Michael Matoba.

Authorities were not disclosing the girl's age or how Haddad allegedly had access to her.
In 2015, the girl reported the alleged sexual abuse to an adult, who notified police, Matoba said.

As authorities conducted an investigation into the girl's allegations, a woman came forward and alleged that she had been raped by Haddad in 2014 and 2015, the prosecutor said.
Haddad was charged April 20. He was arrested May 27 by Glendora police and has remained in custody since then, according to jail records.
He is due back July 28 in a Pomona courtroom.
If convicted as charged, he could face a maximum possible sentence of 75 years to life in state prison, according to the District Attorney's Office.
