NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glendora City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider a Second Substantial Amendment to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in the event an Executive Order issued by Governor Newsom
and/or the City’s declaration of a local emergency related to COVID-19 are in effect at the time scheduled to conduct this meeting, it may be necessary to conduct a virtual City Council
meeting utilizing the Zoom Video Communications platform. To participate, open

PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD
All interested persons are invited to the Public Hearing to comment on the proposed amended 2019-2020 CDBG Annual Action Plan. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing and delivered to the City Clerk prior to the scheduled hearing date and time.
Pursuant to Government Code §66016, related documents are on file for public inspection and copying for the cost of duplication starting Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in the Office of the City Clerk, 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, California, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, exclusive of holidays or by calling (626) 914-8210.
