NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East San Gabriel Valley Regional Communications Network Joint Powers Authority Governance Board will conduct a Special meeting at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 conducted by teleconference, pursuant to Government Code § 54953(b)(1) and Governor’s Gavin Newsom’s executive order N-29-20. Public Observation of the Teleconference is available at the West Covina Police Department, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina, CA 91790, or online at https://zoom.us/j/415633143.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board receive and file the following minutes as presented: a) May 29, 2019 Special Meeting Minutes.
Financial Activity Report – January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board receive and file the Financial Report.
3. Oral Presentation of System Technology Update – Microwave Backhaul Update; new site status; channel expansion status.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board discuss the status of the current projects.
4. Financial Audit Results:
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board receive and file the Financial Audit Report.

5. FY2020-2021 Annual Budget
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board adopt the following resolution: “A RESOLUTION OF THE EAST SAN GABRIEL VALLEY REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK GOVERNANCE BOARD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR 2020-21.”
6. Appointment of the vice- chairperson of the East San Gabriel Valley Regional Communications Network Joint Powers Authority Governance Board
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board nominate and vote on a Board member to act as the Board’s Chair and Vice-chairperson.
