Motorcyclist Killed on Crest Highway ID'd as South Carolina Man
The man was identified as Richard Bucci of South Carolina, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.

ANGELES NATIONAL FOREST, CA - A 72-year-old motorcyclist killed after he collided with a vehicle on the Angeles Crest (2) Highway was identified today, authorities said.
The crash was reported at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday on the Angeles Crest Highway near Windy Gap, the California Highway Patrol said.
The 2011 BMW motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Angeles Crest Highway and the sports utility vehicle was heading westbound on the highway. "As both vehicles approached each other, the motorcycle crossed into the westbound lane and struck the sports utility vehicle," CHP Officer A. McAllister said.

"Upon CHP arrival, CPR was being performed on the driver of the motorcycle," he said. "As a result of this collision, the motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries."
The man was identified as Richard Bucci of South Carolina, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.

The women inside the 2006 Jeep were identified as driver Celeste Black, 52, of Covina and passenger Mariana Shihwang, 53, of Walnut. Both were taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries, McAllister said.
The investigation continued into the crash, he said. Anyone with information was asked to contact McAllister at the Altadena-area CHP office at (626) 296-8100.
