GLENDORA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glendora City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider substantial Amendments to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizen Participation Plan and the 2019-2020 CDBG Annual Action Plan.

If Executive Orders issued by Governor Newson and/or the emergency declaration related to COVID-19 are still in effect, the meeting will occur via Zoom Video Communications. Enter meeting ID# cityofglendora.org/zoom, meeting will start at 6:00 p.m.
PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD
All interested persons are invited to the Public Hearing to comment on the amended CDBG Citizenship Participation Plan and amended 2019-2020 CDBG Annual Action Plan. In addition, written comments may be submitted to the City prior to the public hearing and during the 5-day public comment period.

Interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing either via email at: publicomment@cityofglendora.org or via email and received by the City Clerk prior to the scheduled hearing date and time.
The Amendments can be reviewed in the Staff Report available on the City Website at www.CityofGlendora.org
If you challenge this action (s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
