Residents will have the opportunity to recycle Christmas trees after the holiday has come and gone.
Trees will be accepted for recycling from Dec. 26 to January 11. The trees can be placed curbside during regular trash days, city officials said.
All decorations, stands and tinsel should be removed prior to being left for disposal. Flocking and fire retardant are permissible, city officials said.
