Poppies Seen From Above: Super Bloom Wows SoCal
We love these images shared by NASA of the poppy-pocalypse.
Poppies. Everywhere there are poppies! and nowhere are they more beautiful than as seen from the air above.
Recently, NASA’s Glenn Graham, director of Safety and Mission Assurance, who is also a pilot, flew above the Antelope Valley’s poppy fields.
Graham flew the center’s T-34 mission support aircraft, and photographer Jim Ross snapped these amazing photos.

"Due to a very rainy winter season, the desert is covered in a canopy of yellow and orange blooming poppies," Graham shared over Twitter.
Never has the state flower of California looked so amazing.
