NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Glendora will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports relative to a resolution amending the City of Glendora Master Fee Schedule of fees and charges for City Services related to Public Safety Expenses.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in the event that an Executive Order issued by Governor Newsom and/or the City’s declaration of a local emergency related to COVID-19 are in effect at the time scheduled to conduct this public hearing, it may be necessary to conduct a virtual City Council meeting utilizing the Zoom Video Communications platform. Enter meeting ID# cityofglenodra.org/zoom.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing and delivered to the City Clerk prior to the scheduled hearing date.

Pursuant to Government Code § 66016, related documents are on file for public inspection and copying for the cost of duplication starting Friday, October 16, 2020 in the Office of the City Clerk, 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, California, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays or by calling (626) 914-8210.

If you challenge this action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
