St. Lucy's Student Wins Azusa Spanish Spelling Bee

51 students from schools across the county competed in Azusa's first Spanish-language spelling bee.

That was the word that won the Spanish Spelling Bee held in the Azusa Auditorium on Saturday.

Student Janelle Terelys Castellanos of St. Lucy's Priory High School was the victor of the competition, which showcased words of various difficulty. The event was organized by Azusa Pacific University students.
