Three Seriously Hurt in Crash that Snarls 210 Freeway in Irwindale

IRWINDALE, CA - Three poeple were badly hurt and traffic was snarked on the Foothill (210) Freeway in Irwindale on Sunday, when a vehicle had overturned.

Paramedics were dispatched at 9:30 a.m. to the eastbound 210 Freeway at Irwindale Avenue. A person was trapped inside the overturned vehicle, said California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Polizzi.

Rescuers took two people by ground and one person by helicopter to trauma centers, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department.
