Washington Honors Mrs. Gilkinson
Mrs. Gilkinson was honored for her 44 years of service to education and her on going support of Family Literacy Night.
Brian Mejia, from Los Angeles County Superintendent Antonovich’s office stopped by Washington Elementary School to honor our very own Carol Gilkinson. Mrs. Gilkinson was honored for her 44 years of service to education and her on going support of Family Literacy Night. Family Literacy Night is held every Thursday night from 4:30-6:30pm and is open to all our wonderful students and parents. Mrs. Gilkinson continues to support not only her own students but those of Washington and our community. Congratulations to Mrs. Gilkinson, this is a well deserved honor.
