Election Day Is Here

Today is the last chance for San Mateo county residents to drop off their ballots.

Today is the last day that San Mateo residents can cast their vote in the special election, which will determine who fills the District 1 spot on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.

The following six candidates are running in the election. Click on their names to view brief profiles:

Also today, voters in four Bay Area counties, including San Mateo County, will decide on 12 school parcel tax measures. None of the measures are for San Mateo school districts.

This is the first time the county has filled a seat on the board of supervisors through an all-mail election. 

Ballots can be dropped off at until 5 p.m. today, as well as at any city hall in San Mateo County and the at 40 Tower Road from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
