SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A narcotics investigation in Cloverdale led detectives to a home where they say they found more than two pounds of suspected methamphetamine, digital scales, and other items commonly linked to drug sales.
Detectives with the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit, assisted by patrol deputies, served a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of Vine Drive at approximately 5:32 p.m. on Wednesday as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
During the search, detectives recovered more than two pounds of suspected methamphetamine, packaging materials, and digital scales, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office. Authorities said the items are commonly associated with the sale of narcotics.
Detectives arrested Joyce Snellgrove, 54, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and transported her to the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility for booking.
Jail records show Snellgrove was later released after posting $10,000 bail, according to the sheriff's office.
