"2 Weeks 2 Give" for the Hermosa Beach Police, Fire and Lifeguard Departments

The Hermosa Beach MOMS Club is happy to report that its annual, November “2 Weeks 2 Give” service project for the Hermosa Beach Police, Fire & Lifeguard Departments was a great success.

In accordance with the spirit of Thanksgiving, the Hermosa Beach MOMS Club views this project as a gesture of thanks; they aim to honor to the service men and women who keep the Hermosa Beach community safe and protected each day and night. For 2 consecutive weeks in November, the club’s members donated meals and goodie baskets directly to the staff. Some of the Hermosa Beach MOMS Club kids have been lucky enough to be deputized at the fire station during the food drop-offs, meet the K9 unit dog and check out the view from the Lifeguard Tower at Hermosa Pier!

The Hermosa Beach MOMS Club is also organizing a gift wrapping donation project for December for the South Bay division of the 1736 Family Crisis Center.
