
El Segundo, CA - "Fizzy Yellow Beer is for Wussies" That's why Jackson's Food + Drink is celebrating their 1 Year Anniversary and they are doing it in style. In the heart of LA Beer Week, Chef Matt Strong is teaming up with Stone Brewing Company to offer a 5-course beerdinner that will knock your socks off! A true highlight of the dinner will be the addition of Stone's 'Enjoy By' IPA which will only be 3 days old when patrons sit down to enjoy this exciting meal. Chef Matt Strong is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu program in Pasadena. Matt's resume includes celebrated restaurants such as Patina in Los Angeles and Jean-Georges in New York City. His most recent roles have been in the kitchen at Spago and Wolfgang Puck catering.
