In the heart of LA Beer Week, Chef Matt Strong is teaming up with Stone Brewing Company to offer a 5-course beer dinner that will knock your socks off! A true highlight of the dinner will be the addition of Stone's 'Enjoy By' IPA which will only be 3 days old when patrons sit down to enjoy this exciting meal.

1st course- Maryland lump crab cake with grilled tomato coulis, basil pesto, melted cherry tomatoes and micro basil
Paired with: Stone Cali-Beligique IPA
2nd course- Indian spiced cauliflower
Paired with: R&R Coconut IPA
3rd course- Caramelized jumbo naked sea scallop with lemongrass scented jasmine rice and red Thai coconut curry sauce.
