HERMOSA BEACH, CA — The Interscholastic Beach Volleyball League will host youth volleyball tournaments later this month on the north side of the Hermosa Beach Pier.
Girls and boys tournaments are set to take place Nov. 14 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The volleyball courts for the tournament are located at 1 Pier Ave.
The league is affiliated with the California School Sport Association, a member of a similarly named International Federation, tournament organizers said. IBVL and Select Power Volleyball Circuit events provide opportunities for teams to qualify for international competitions, including the ISF Gymnasiade, World School Championships, International Children's Games and TAFISA events.
