Zumba, Samba , & Belly dance movements will sculpt your body while increasing your stamina and grace, all without stress and fatigue. This class also promotes weight loss by burning calories, building muscle, and stimulating your digestive system.
Class will include warm-up, basic moves, techniques, and choreography. Tone your waist and hips!
Come for one amazing hour of dancing and moving to wonderful music!
Note: Men are very welcome to learn belly dance but please check with the instructor beforehand since most classes are for women only.
