shop and/or feeling lonely in your home office? Introducing NUWORK-SB (South

Bay), a co-working space in Hermosa Beach. NUWORK is ideal for freelancers,

entrepreneurs and startups, or someone that wants to negotiate with their boss

into letting them work closer to home. The environment of the traditional office

space is rapidly changing; bosses are realizing the cost and productivity benefits

of not requiring their employees adhere to a rigid 9-5 office environment.

NUWORK-SB is not just a place to work, we encourage interaction among our

members and seek-out inspiring individuals. We offer individual work stations in a

state-of-the-art office space (designed and built by Studio Argente). The location

is 2-blocks from the beach and walkable to Hermosa Beach's finest shops and

restaurants. Membership comes with full-access to all our amenities as follows;

dedicated work-space, conference room, WiFi, network printer, free scanning,

dedicated phone line, mailing address, filing cabinet, free coffee & tea, kitchen

access and access to all our events; short or long-term agreements are

available.
