Q: What should I do if I have a stain on my clothes?
A: While our team can remove most stains successfully, on a rare occasion the type of stain, a previous attempt to treat it, or the type of fabric, may prevent removal. For best results, point out the stain when dropping off your clothes, even if it’s obvious. Let our professionals know everything you can about the stain, the cause (e.g. coffee), what you may have used at home to try and remove the stain, and how long ago the stain occurred. Fruit juices, oily stains, soda, coffee and other substances are difficult to remove. At Flair, we care for each stain individually with treatments designed for each specific type of stain and fabric.
