I'm generally skeptic of trying a new mechanic and often get worried that he would take advantage of me given my less-than-extensive knowledge of the inner workings of my car! So when my window stopped rolling up just before it rained in May, I was clearly in a hurry to get some maintenance done quickly! After shopping around a couple of garages that couldn't give me anything that resembled a believable quote, I found ICC, thanks to my guy at Commonwealth VW! I talked with the guys there and were quick to fix my car. They gave me a quote that was $250 cheaper than the place trying to rip me off! Obviously they won my business! When I got to ICC, they took my car in immediately and it was done in less than an hour! I'll definitely be back, despite the fact that I live a little far north in Marina for this location to be convenient!
