For the longest time, I put off auto repair because I was fearful of being ripped off by auto mechanics, many people have this fear. I was referred to ICC a while back and decided to go in and get some work done to my car. I was greeted in a friendly manner and discussed my problems with Jack. I was quoted a price that I felt was fair and away my car went. Upon returning, the car was fixed as requested and Jack had made a list of recommended services and repairs that should be addressed in the future. He went through what was crucial and what repairs could be delayed but should be done in the future. Not what you expect at a body shop. They don’t even do mechanic work. I didn't feel at any time that I was being taken advantage of or that the recommendations made were frivolous. I will return to ICC for my repair needs and general maintenance advice going forward.
